If you are using Auto Ollie in beta and need help, use the support form so the issue lands with the right workflow context and can be worked through properly.

Product issues, onboarding questions, and workflow blockers should all come through here or go to [email protected]. Include enough detail to show what happened, how it affected the day, and what would help reproduce it.

Support is part of tightening the product in live use.

Beta support is not a separate layer around the product. It is one of the main ways issues get understood, prioritised, and fixed in the real operational context they came from.

If something broke, send the workflow step, what happened, and what you expected instead. The aim is to get from symptom to reproduction quickly.

Support also covers setup, how to use the workflow properly, and questions from teams getting started with the beta in live work.

Urgent blockers

If the problem is stopping the day, say that clearly. Knowing whether work is blocked helps decide the right order for fixes and replies.

  • Good support requests explain what you were trying to do before the issue happened.
  • Business context matters because the same bug can have different impact in workshop and roadside workflows.
  • Browser, device, screenshot, and reproduction details reduce back-and-forth and speed up fixes.
  • If something is blocking work right now, call that out directly in the message.
